Using only the freshest ingredients, Elements abides by their “Nature knows better” philosophy and designed a menu mostly free of additives and saturated fats. The buffet offers a selection of fresh salads, mezze, sushi and a variety of mouth-watering hot dishes that vary every day but always include an option of chicken, meat and seafood. The dessert consists of a healthy fruit salad and a tempting assortment of cakes or pastries. The beverage menu has a huge variety of mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes and freshly squeezed juices. Sip on the popular Panauti, a wonderful blend of green apple, mango, peach and raspberry (AED 28) or make your own cocktail with a choice of 3 fruits for AED 24.
Good old shisha
This large café can seat approximately 160 people and gives you the option to dine inside or outdoors on the air-conditioned terrace. After 4pm, shisha is severed at the terrace and Sunday evenings is Ladies Night which means free shisha for you ladies.

Starting from September 29, Elements Café will be hosting a series of art exhibitions with the first featuring the works of Jean Charles Yaich, an artist, painter, sculpture and ceramist. Yaich’s works features a mix of media and materials from heavy concrete to paper and the contrast of black on white and simple lines and shapes that is highlighted in his artwork is inspired by the clothes worn by local Emiratis.
