Account Executive - Outside Sales (Abu Dhabi)

We are launching a new ecommerce startup to serve the region and need someone to help us drive growth in the market.

You should have/be/do...

 experience selling advertising and/or marketing solutions to restaurants and other local businesses
 Building and maintaining positive relationships with local business owners and managing every aspect of your book of business which includes maintaining contact with clients, answering questions, resolving billing situations, and addressing all concerns
 Daily call on restaurants, theatres, spas, dentists, and everything in between, negotiating unbeatable offers
 Conduct physical meetings and sales presentations
 Manage book of business to ensure satisfied clients and maintain high retention rates.
 Proactively communicate with business owners, manage advertising packages, answer questions and ensure an overall great experience
 Continually improve the advertiser experience
 Take the lead on client outreach to ensure we proactively meet and exceed client advertising expectations
 Manage the assimilation of new product features and the dissemination of information about program updates to clients


You should be hands-on with sales. That said, working at a startup means having to do a bit of everything and a lot of something. You should have clear metrics of how you have been a superstar in your past roles. No killer numbers means no interview.

 comfortable cold-calling into various types of local businesses
 high degrees of diligence and accountability
 ability to research and target businesses in around the region, discovering opportunities through various social and professional networking methods
