Today's Nabit: 50% off Pizza or Pasta and a Drink at Briccocafé

Each Nabber will have a choice between a pasta dish or a pizza, and a drink (either a fresh juice, a smoothie or a soft drink). The pizzas will send mouths watering, evoking feelings only comfort foods can. Feeling cheesy? Have the Quattro Formaggi Pizza which comes with mozzarella cheese, emmenthal cheese, brie cheese, gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. Try the Araba Pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, diced chicken, rocket and grilled peppers or the Bufala Pizza which has tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil. People who like things nice and simple can have the Margherita Pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Tuck into the Diavola Pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, spicy beef salami and cherry tomatoes or the Pescatore Pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, squids, mussels, shrimps and garlic olive oil.

Briccocafé is authentically Italian but with American-sized portions, so make sure to arrive with an appetite. Don't say you weren't warned! Dig into a Penne Al Pomodoro E Basilico with 'Italian tomato sauce', onions and fresh basil or the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara with eggs, smoked beef bacon, onions and grated parmigiano cheese. Try the Lasagna with 'Italian beef ragu', mozarella cheese, 'besciamella' cream and grated parmigiano cheese, or the Ravioli Gorgonzola E Noci, with ricotta and spinach ravioli, double cream, gorgonzola cheese, basil pesto sauce and walnuts. Vegetarians have many options to choose from such as the Fettuccine Al Pesto with basil pesto sauce, pine nuts, grated parmigiano cheese, or the Spaghetti All'Ortolana with eggplants, zucchini, ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, paprika and grated parmigiano cheese.

Since you're eating Italian, you may as well do like the Italians and hang out for a few hours. If you're eating at Briccocafé in Khalidiyah Mall, bring the kids along. Catch up with a friend and send them next door to the kids entertainment area. Or after watching a film at the cinema, engage in a long debate about its message (we know you're really just swooning over Brad's abs). While the weather's nice, relax out on the green veranda overlooking Abu Dhabi. Briccocafé at Al Wahda Mall is situated right next to the electronic stores. With all the gadgets available choosing which one to buy can be stressful. So unwind afterwards with a nice meal and sip on a smoothie such as the Passion Smoothie, an explosion of pineapple, orange, yogurt and honey. Or go natural with one of the fresh juices with choices of orange, lemon mint, pineapple, watermelon, melon, strawberry or mango. And there's the usual choice of soft drinks too.
