What happens to all my unused GoNabit vouchers?
Don’t worry, they’re not going anywhere. You can still access your GoNabit account and vouchers by clicking Sign into GoNabit. Just enter your details and voila, your vouchers are right there, ready to be printed and redeemed. Each voucher is valid until its expiry date.
What happens to my GoNabit store credit?
Your GoNabit store credit has been transferred to LivingSocial Credits. Log on to livingsocial.com and create an account using the same email address you used on GoNabit. Once your account has been created, it will be credited with LivingSocial Credits for the same value as your previous GoNabit store credit and you’ll be able to use them towards any LivingSocial deal.
Can I log on to LivingSocial using my GoNabit account details?
No, you will need to create a new account on LivingSocial. Log on to livingsocial.com and sign up; it’s free. Use the same email address as your GoNabit account so you can transfer over any GoNabit store credit.
Are my credit card details and personal information safe?
Yes. We wouldn't have it any other way. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and utilize 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. Additionally, we don't sell your personal information to any third parties, including merchants from whom you have purchased a deal.
